  • The Apartment Rosello 2 is located in the immediate vicinity of Novigrad, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Novigrad is a small tourist town known for its well-preserved medieval centre, where narrow stone streets wind around the imposing church of St. Pelagia.The Apartment Rosello 2 is located on the first floor of the house. It consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and three bedrooms and another bathroom. The holiday accommodation has a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. An outdoor barbecue is available to guests, and there is a children's playground with swings and a slide right next to the house.There is another flat for rent in the same house. The flats have completely separate entrances and are only rented out separately.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien etc.) und die Gastgeberin Dajana ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt’s nur bei der Lage, da es zum Strand zu Fuß recht weit ist. Wir waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs und dafür war die Lage im kleinen Vorort von Novigrad perfekt! Man kann von hier aus über gut aufgebaute Fahrradstraßen nach Novigrad fahren und an den Strand. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt vor der Tür! Also alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!
