This holiday flat for 2 persons, located on the ground floor, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas/electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace. SAT-TV, air conditioning and bed linen are included. Please note: The flat is located in the pedestrian zone. There is no car park directly at the property. The nearest car park is approx. 500m away and costs EUR 7.00/day. During the summer season the entrance to the old town by car is limited; it is possible to come to the house by car only for 15 minutes to load/unload your luggage.
From the property to the beach it is 30 metres and the distance to the centre is 20 metres. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 50 metres away.
