Welcome to Marin Estate — your private Dalmatian retreat, ideal for families, friends, or larger groups.

Relax in two elegant, fully equipped villas on an exclusive estate featuring a private pool, a jacuzzi, and a game room with billiards, table tennis, and darts. This unique property can accommodate up to 15 guests and is designed for privacy, relaxation, and fun — just 5 minutes from the sea and 25 minutes from the historic city of Zadar.

Marin Estate is the perfect place for groups, families, friends, or corporate retreats!

The entire estate comprises two separate villas within a gated compound, hosting up to 15 people.

Two self-contained houses, each with its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Seven bedrooms, plus additional sleeping areas in the living rooms.

A jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

Private swimming pool with sun loungers.

A game room equipped with billiards, table tennis, and darts.

Outdoor grill, dining area, and terrace for shared evening meals.

Free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning throughout, and private parking.

The property is rented as a complete unit, ensuring full privacy and freedom.

Location: Pridraga — a peaceful Dalmatian village just 5 minutes from the sea and 25 minutes from Zadar.

Perfect for vacations, group getaways, or peaceful retreats in nature.

Guests Have Access To:
The entire estate, including both villas, the pool, jacuzzi, terrace, game room, and outdoor spaces.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Organized events, loud music, and unregistered gatherings are prohibited.

Entry is allowed only for registered guests.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
