I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that I was doing something wrong. Then she acquiesced but said it would be four days before that could be looked into, which of course coincided with my check-out day. Other than that, the bed was uncomfortable in this unit; it's not the same quality as in their units on Bóżnicza street. Nevertheless, I recommend Homely Place apartments and will stay again since usually their apartments are fabulous.

Huge room with great facilities. Staff super helpful and friendly. Location in Poznan Old Town excellent to see the sights all within walking distance of the hotel. Variety of breakfast fantastic, especially the local touches. Would visit again in a heartbeat.
