Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Schmutzige polsterbezüge. Warmes Wasser nur für 2 Minuten danach nur kaltes Wasser. Es war so klirrend kalt im Zelt. Keine Möglichkeit, dass man den Zelt beheizt. Der Rezeptionistin war es komplett egal. Dann hat sie mir die falsche Summe verrechnet und gut, dass es selber bemerkt habe. Auch da gab’s ..."
