They fixed the safe but couldn't fix the TV so they moved me to a new room and the rest of the stay was excellent. I really appreciated their help in trying to put things right. I think parts of the hotel look a bit tired like the ceiling in the pool room. Otherwise it was a really nice stay thanks"
