"The VRBO screwed up my reservation which was 4 nights in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo. I received a 1 bed 1bath one night then i was offered a mouldy 2 bed 2 bath condo with non-functioning fridge, TV and shower, loud ceiling fan and broken bathroom sink. Things became worse throughout my stay. I had to spend way too much time on my phone trying to get things fixed or addressed.
