"Room clean, bed comfortable (though oddly squeaky), hot water, decent TV. The only thing was the stair door banging into the night because the elevator was broken. It startled us awake."

"Excellent stay, room was clean and exceeded expectations. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the complementary breakfast was very good. Will stay again whenever in the area."

However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement. "

"The first time I stayed there was back in February, and for some reason they ask for cash deposit wich I think it’s fine but I forgot to ask for it that time, this month I went back to this place to stay and ask about my deposit , I was told I would get an answer the next day wich I didn’t, they wait until I left to tell me I was not getting this money back because it was been deposited to the hotel account already since I didn’t go back do it in time, I ask them why they didn’t call to let me know and they lie saying they did but the call never went through, so I ask I was just gone a lose this money and they was brave enough to say yes you are , so definitely I’m not staying here anymore I fell like if something gets lost from my room they won’t be responsible for it and this is not a place I can trust anymore "
