The beach is just an easy stroll from home, or you can visit the crocodiles at the El Cora Crocodile Sanctuary, about five miles away. Craving some culture? Dip down to Puerto Vallarta for dozens of local restaurants, boutiques, art museums, and attractions. Sip coffee or a cocktail on the shady lanai, then head inside to make some breakfast.

The open, light-filled space combines the dining area, living room, and full, well-equipped kitchen. Poor condition and needs updating and maintenance

This property needs updating and repairs. No doors on the ensuites- hanging beads if you can believe. Toilets seats broken, faucets loose and falling off, shower heads corroded and plugged, no stoppers in the sinks, extremely poor lighting in the bathrooms, very old and outdated kitchen equipment and tools. Major changes needed

Overall facility was as advertised. Couple of “ very minor “ observations. 1. Cutlery could be upgraded ( normal knives not all steak knives 2. Hot water very sporadic ( typical for Mexico ) and we expect 3. Could use water cooler 4. Washer/Dryer would be helpful We would Definitely stay here again, Ritchie was OUTSTANDING ! Returned texts immediately

Communication Abysmal

When sending questions re check in process only received robot replies ..’ this is a busy time, sorry for the delay…I even called Vacasa prior to departure to get check in info and was told I’d receive it on arrival. I tried calling on arrival as I had no info; phone #s were wrong. I had no check in info. My registered guests who were coming a week later received all my check info. Really? If I hadn’t contacted them on arrival I’d still be sitting outside the property. This is how you treat paying customers? No Check In Info on Day of Arrival? Are you crazy? False advertising: No washer and dryer as shown in the picture of the condo. And we’re staying for a month? Indoor recreation: rusty, inoperable, torn equipment vs the nice picture sent on line. Safe for possessions: no code and not attached to the wall. How safe is that? Oven did not work. Unable to control temperature of fridge because knob was broken so fruit and vegetables froze. Fridge was dirty. Had to clean the shelves before we could put our food in it. Rusty dish rack. Few eating utensils. No drinking water on arrival. Had to take a taxi to pick water up. Wrong code to get access to the beach. Was told for all our troubles we’d get free weekly cleaning only to be told by other Vacasa renters they were getting it for free. As well as laundry service if they did not have a washer and dryer. Really ? Wifi always cutting out. Had to constantly reset it. When I brought my concerns about the lack of communication to the attention of VRBO I was told it’s up to the host how they decide how the want to communicate with me. Bad bad start to a month stay at this property. I would recommend if you’re looking to rent a condo, only communicate directly with the owner. Not 2nd party as you get no where. Just a robot response where no one accepts any responsibility or cares about you who ends up paying through the nose for this kind of non service. Once they have your money, they don’t care.
