The entrance opens onto a private private garden, which leads to the living area, characterized by a large bright living room with sofa and TV, directly connected to a panoramic terrace perfect for outdoor dining, thanks to its strategic location in front of the equipped kitchen.
Going up to the second floor, we find the sleeping area, consisting of two air-conditioned attic rooms: a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds, with the possibility of adding an additional single bed. The floor has a large modern and functional bathroom.
A perfect mix of tranquility, views and comfort, ideal both as a main residence and as a vacation home to enjoy the sea and the beauty of Monte Conero at its best.
