Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good access from the train station. A variety of restaurants close by. It would be perfect if there is a direct access bridge between the car park and the lobby.

Staff(reception and cleaning)are kind and friendly. Good variety of amenities. Close from the station. I will definitely stay again when I go in the area. Highly recommended!

The room was bigger than expected hence it was a bonus. The downside is parking is not free. The location is near to station and it’s quiet in the evening.

Everything was just perfect, with the ambience, and accessibility as well! The staff was very kind enough to give us an upgrade and put us on a high floor facing Fuji-san. This was truly amazing!

Since I’ve been here for 3 nights I can’t knock it in any shape or form and the helpfulness and professionalism, politeness to a good size room to the extreme helpfulness from whom I’ve encountered the place is clean, bright and very well run will stay here again in the future and thank you for all for my pleasant stay.

Fantastic rooms on 11th floor.
Originally we were allocated a room on the 4th floor which was supposedly deluxe. It absolutely was not! We asked for a bigger room and paid the extra and moved to the 11th and top floor! It was then amazing. We had a massive room with separate bedroom with 2 double beds. Large bathroom and an extra loo as well. Amazing views towards Mount Fuji which we saw on one of our days. It is very elusive! The staff were lovely and helpful. Lovely, clean and spacious. Laundry service or machines on 7th floor to do your own which is very handy and well used. 5 minutes walk from station. Go out North Exit, you will see McDonalds opposite. Turn right and it’s on right hand side in the Plaza Verde complex, next to the Pizza restaurant. An excellent choice and a wonderful hotel. Will use this chain again. Highly recommended.,

Nice business hotel
This is a nice business hotel in Numazu city of Shizuoka prefecture. The room was very clean but small even for a double/ queen size bedroom. Very friendly, English speaking staff at the front desk. For the downside, they did not have a coffee maker in the room, instead provided drip coffee bags to make from the hot water pot.

A gem in the town
They gave us a room upgrade since the room I booked was a smoking room; later requested for a nonsmoking room. They gave us a suite~which was very spacious: bathroom, huge bath tub, two shower toilets, two double beds- considering it to be a 3.5 star business type hotel. They also recommended a very good restaurant which is an izakaya type that serves Miyazaki brand chicken; Jitokko. Manager was very hospitable and the food is yummy. I would recommend everybody to try this place: Jitokoro.

The location was close to train station and right next to a movie theater and some good restaurants. Around the corner and across the street were convenient stores. Staff were friendly and courteous. They walk away from behind the counter to help you. The only disappointment is the bathroom in the hotel room was not clearn thoroughly. There was mildews around the drains and molds around the bathtub and toilet.

I have good experience with Daiwa Roynet hotels
It's a one night stopover after landing at Narita Airport later afternoon for a week's holiday in Izu Peninsular. We chose Daiwa Roynet because we were very happy with the one in Ginza, Tokyo 2 years ago. This Numazu one is very close to the train station if you take the north exit (unfortunately we took the south exit and ended up taking a taxi). The lobby of the hotel is modern and very pleasant. The reception staff are wonderful and very helpful with our questions. We had a standard room which is a bit small, but OK for a night, and I think there are lager rooms available for a little bit more. The room is clean and has everything you need, as with most Japanese hotels. You can get coffee and tea bags at the reception desk to be consumed in the room. The breakfast included in our price was very good. The hotel is in the busy part of town, and is convenient if you are looking for restaurants and convenience stores.

Nice hotel in walkable distance from JR station.
Just located in walkable distance from Numazu JR station,. Nice hotel to stay with. Spacious rooms with required amenities for business traveller. Good service staff with helping tendency. Good selection of menu for buffet breakfast and international cuisine is also available. There are shopping mall, a big food court, convenience store etc are just next block.

Great Hotel Option for All Numazu Visitors
Fantastic stay. Room was modern and clean, (optional) breakfast was the best I've had in Japan, hotel was right by Numazu station, and the front-desk staff speaks English. Only downside was the hotel does not provide loaner bikes for leisure travelers to borrow.

Hotel location was very close to the Numazu Station, convenient for going to Mishima Stn and major sight seeing places. The hotel bedroom was clean - clean bed sheet and linen and very confortable pillows too Hotel did not offer free bottled water unlike other hotels we've stayed at. Front desk spoke english well and offered sightseeing guides. Bathroom was bigger than average, even had a bath. Overall I would say it's a very good hotel

Two thumbs up for your service. This hotel provide anything with billingual language. So, its easy for us as foreigner, including their give explanation about the composition of food, below of their food. Its important for someone that have allergies.

Great Hotel Next to Numazu JR Station
The hotel is new as it just opened its doors a few months ago. Spacious and clean business hotel compared to the ones in Tokyo and definitely a great location for a few days stay to your shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlet.
