"The rooms are small, and my room had weird stains on the ceiling and walls. I think the building was old and had been converted into a hotel, which would explain the stains and the old-looking carpet. It's a good place to stay if you just need a bed and don't plan on spending much time at the hotel. "

"I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. The location was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, the staff service was unbeatable, and the meal they prepared for us was delicious and memorable. The onsen area was clean and beautiful, and I would recommend to anyone to make the trip out to Heda. Truly a unique and special experience and I can’t wait to go back. "

"This is a guest house with shared toilette and showers. Structure is old but all was clean. You must check in at the next fishing delivery shop where you will meet the guest. If you drive, you can park behind the house air a fare of 1000 yen per night. "

"Staying at Numazu Club was magical. It truly felt like a hidden gem. The stuff was very welcoming and made every wish possible. My financé proposed to me on the last night in the private dining room in the old tea house. It will be a place that will forever stay in our hearts. "Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!"

However, in every other respect, the Fujiya will be a highlight of our time in Japan."
