"Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and very well cared for accommodations. An added bonus was the groovy light system in the room plus the jacuzzi bath. "

Good
The premium outlet - depending on what you want. Many variety but the price not as good as Europe. Has to be selective unless you know the price before hand and able to compare

Excellent
The accomodation is at amazing location: - 1 min walk to the local raman shop - 1 min walk to Danny or KFC not worry for food : )
"Very clean and very comfortable. Great for tourist who don’t speak Japanese. A little difficult to find it and the walk from the station was a bit longer than expected but still good!"
"My sister and I stayed at the Hakone Lake Ashi Hanaori hotel yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating my sister's birthday, and I honestly couldn't have picked a better place. We were so happy with our stay from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel special right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Ashi. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights of our trip was the private open-air bath. It was so relaxing, and we had a great time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The temperature was perfect—not too hot—so we could really take our time and enjoy it. It was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed.
Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful and memorable time. We'll definitely be back!"
"Stayed here while my travel companions climbed Mt Fuji. Excellent location for getting to mountain and wonderful onsen for those not doing the climb! Very good breakfast options, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Lots of parking available and views of Fuji!"
"The room was spacious (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) and clean. The beds were big but a tiny bit hard. The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. "
