"Great concept for a hotel - one side offers the full view of Mt Fuji, another side offers the thrills of Fuji Speedway. The breakfast is excellent (food & views), with views of Mt Fuji. We signed up for a driving course at Fuji Speedway, which is connected to the hotel. The only issue is that it's quite remote, and it's best to drive there (roads to the hotel are very dark at night). There are no convenience stores such as 7-11 nearby, you have to drive about 2-3kms out to get to the nearest...

"We had a great stay at this property. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bath was clean and relaxing. The rooms were a bit cold this time of year, so I suggest starting the heater during the day while you are out to come back to a nice toasty room. The property is conveniently located with a beautiful vue on the lake from the front and Fuji-san from the back. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a traditional stay, meaning you will sleep on a thin mattress on top of tatami mats on the floor. I’m 40 and it was okay for a couple of nights. I didn’t mind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also keep in mind that the showers are shared, no individual stalls. There are great Cafes and restaurants around"

"My friends and I stayed here for one night during what was supposed to be the peak time for Sakura in Lake Yamanakako. This place did not disappoint despite the Sakura being shy. The view from our room And the rooftop was incredible, the owners and workers were also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall we felt so grateful for our experience. "

"The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area. "
