"Loved our charming and spacious Japanese style room with an amazing view of Fuji from the 5th floor!!! We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in! Comfortable beds, nice bathtub in our private bathroom. The onsen facility is very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The city and coach bus stops are very close by. The boardwalk along lake is beautiful to walk at night. Great restaurants and attractions in walking distance. We had 2 magnificent clear days and nights of viewing Fuji in August. Lake Yamanakako is the place to stay if you really want to relax and enjoy the scenery. "
"We had a great stay at this property. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The bath was clean and relaxing. The rooms were a bit cold this time of year, so I suggest starting the heater during the day while you are out to come back to a nice toasty room.
