The staff and and the property itself was great. Right outside of the honeymoon suite, it wasn't a quiet oasis as I thought. It was filled with constant loud noise from all the beach vendors trying to sell stuff or blasting loud music throughout the whole day. Also, wish there was a hot jet tub and more restaurant options on property. The Cliff was only open for lunch.

1 Beautiful garden and pool with a very good beach view, 2 Unacceptable lack of hot water in the shower for this level of pricing. 3 Average Food quality 4 1If you sleep early, its very noisy due to night activities. 5 This time the "Beach Boys" in front of the hotel was unbearable. Zero peace of mind. ( its not hotel fault )

Firstly the rooms are huge, massive comfy bed, excellent batroom with huge bathand seperate shower. We loved the turn down service and most nights some little food treat would turn up, messages left on bed in flowers or bath run with petals in it. We never knew what to expect, and did giggle when we where greeted with 'Sweat Dreams' instead of 'Sweet Dreams. Food in restaurants was good, always a great choice, but to be honest the pasta station was probably our favourite. The pasta chef deserves special mention, an Italian guy and pasta was just superb. Bars always good drinks and good service. It was clear what was in the All-inclusive package and what wasn't. Staff were superb, so polite, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tanda, who seemed to be everywhere, often serving us. Just the kindest face and personality. Pools and other facilities perfect, not sure if hotel had low occupancy, but nowhere was ever crowded, easy to find sunbeds, pools quiet, often you would be the only person in pool. It was all perfect, I cant find any fault.

The hotel grounds are beautiful but the staff especially the staff at reception didn’t seem too welcoming. I also explained that we were celebrating our honeymoon and was told the room would be decorated…it never happened. The food lacks flavor…for such a big resort it would nice if it were more dining options. The rooms are also dated could use some remodeling.

We had great time at this hotel. Good evening entertainment and food was great! This hotel was busier then the other three hotels we stayed in zanzibar. Nice little beach area and bars. Would stay again..

Around the resort was very nice the pool/ beach was great. Staff around the hotel were nice and friendly. The room cleaning was not very good as they don’t change the bed sheets unless you tell them to overall bath room cleaning was also very poor the room didn’t look cleaned very well. Also the room is very out dated looks old for 5 star resort the mosquito net on the bed was broken from the top so wasn’t working some things in the room wasn’t working and wasn’t being replaced after cleaning it was as mostly housekeeping issues. Other than that it was good hotel.

Royal Zanzibar i december

Vi bodde på Royal Zanzibar i tre nätter. Tyvärr fick vi uppgradera då Superior twin inte hade myggnät - något som vi känner är ett måste och som också visades på bilderna. Vi behövde därför betala för att uppgradera för att få myggnät - något som jag inte uppskattade. Det är inte sötvatten i kranarna, kanske är vanligt här - men blev lite förvånad. Sköna sängar och kuddar och lakan. Dricksvatten serveras i plastflaskor, vilket kändes tryggare för magen, men inte så miljövänligt. Fantastisk solnedgång och sandstrand och pooler. Maten var helt ok, stundom väldigt bra. Gårdagens grillkväll var fantastisk. Familjen säger 7 av 10

非常に良いです！

食事、サービス含めて、非常に良かったです。 ストーンタウンの往復もアレンジしてくれました。好きな時間に出発し、自分達で自由にストーンタウンを見て周り、数時間したら元の場所に戻り、ホテルまで送迎してくれました。別途料金はかかりましたが、ツアーよりお得でした。 北のナングイビーチには歩いて行けます。ただ、北側は藻が多く、ホテルの前のビーチが一番綺麗でした。ホテルの前のビーチで充分でした。 プールも複数あり、楽しめました。 食事はビーチでのブュッフェが開催される、生演奏等が毎日催され、飽きませんでした。 Uberとboltは使えなかったので、ホテルに送迎を頼むのが無難かと思います。なお、空港からは各ホテルへの送迎があり、こちらの方が安いです。

C’est un très bon établissement le personnel est incroyable et attachant en particulier omary, vedasto et grace qui se sont toujours occuper de nous parfaitement. Rien à dire mise à part l’eau des robinet avec un goût salée et des odeur remontant des évacuations d’eau.

I have paid for all inclusive and found that some of the menu are inclusive only the the bar after 12am out of inclusive even the sparkling water. there is no room service for free, even if you need a water you should go to the bar and bring it your self. Its a 5 stars resort but not sure if its deserve 3 stars with all this
