Holiday Home 'Lo Sondzo' with Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Nus, in the Aosta Valley, the holiday home Lo Sondzo offers 70 sqm of comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests at 1000 meters altitude.



The accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave.



Included amenities are Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, cable TV, washer-dryer, game console, air conditioning, and a pellet stove with one bag of pellets provided daily. For families with children, cots and high chairs are available on request, while games, books, a play mat, and a changing table are always present in the house.



You can enjoy a private balcony with beautiful mountain views or relax on the shared terrace. A shared barbecue is available for outdoor meals.



The property offers 2 shared parking spaces and street parking. Public transport is easily accessible from the location.



Up to 3 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Events are permitted on the property. Smoking is not allowed throughout the house.



The house is on the second floor without an elevator, in a quiet hillside area with panoramic mountain views. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome basket with milk, biscuits, tea, and herbal teas. The property offers seasonal products, wine, and homemade walnut oil.



Please note there are no shops nearby; main services are in Nus, 5 km away. The owners live on site, but not in your booked unit.
