As someone who works in the hospitality industry overseas and has traveled the world—staying at top-tier hotels across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia—I can honestly say this property is exceptional. ​I am almost speechless at the level of service. I had the pleasure of thanking many of them in person, but I want to reiterate: every single staff member, from the Executive Chef and the server/room service team to the gardeners and floor staff, defines what true hospitality looks like. I have never seen such a genuine combination of hard work and authentic care. I would gladly fly thousands of miles just to experience this place again. It was a beautiful moment I’ll never forget. "The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us arrange all our trips around the island. The restaurant is also amazing, with great food and atmosphere. The only downside is the lots of stairs, and carrying bags up and down was a little hard, but the staff is pleased to help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it!"
