Our stay was lovely, the staff is very nice and attentive. I loved the option to text someone if you need anything rather than having to call. Our only issue was that the TVs were not smart TVs.

I liked my room, it was clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is convenient to the NYS Thruway (87), however the signage on the road pointing to the entrance/driveway was a little confusing and should be clearer. I did not eat the breakfast due to time constraints, but it smelled delicious and there were plenty of people eating. The staff was fine, I really did not have to interact to any degree.
