Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When i arrived to the hotel, the front desk including the manager refused to give me a room even though i paid in full through expedia. They said they have a new owner, and don't deal with expedia. They told me if i wanted a room, i have to pay again with cash. Not something you want to experience after arriving from a 10 hr bus journey from yangon. Suggest expedia remove this hotel from all affiliated sites or someone else will share this pathetic treatment. Be warned!
