"The room was clean and the lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Check in was easy. The room was very basic. There was no floor mat in the shower and the shower curtain clings to you while showering. The fabric on the shower curtain looks dirty but was just stained at the bottom. I think plastic or some other kind of curtain would work better. Our neighbors were very loud. The walls felt super thin. Don’t pay for an updated view. It’s nice but there is no balcony to sit on and enjoy. The air conditioning unit was our biggest complaint. It was super loud and had to run non stop to keep the temperature in the room. The place is updated and was ok for one night."

"Close to everything Sedona has to offer, a pool and spa to relax after a hike or two and the breathtaking view with an amazing trail right on property were the highlights for us. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and fire pit s’mores were offered nightly. This gem made our first trip to Sedona a delightful one!"

"The hotel was ok affordable the room itself was a lot to desire, a number of things wrong - broken tiles in bathroom especially around toilet concern that if some one step to hard they could get injured, toilet paper holder almost falling apart, lamp post very loose, drawers hard to open and one knob fell off, one of the arm chairs one arm broken, tile also in the middle of the bathroom floor was very loose and you can see that there was lots of grout missing, lastly the day before leaving washed clothes when I went down to put them in dryer there was a high smell of vinegar and spill on floor was told work being done but when took clothes out of dryer that all smelled like vinegar, noticed front desk, was told manager would come out and talk to me but minutes later i was told he got called away, my frustration was there was no one that contacted us to solve issues, the last day we checked out I don’t know if a call i got was manager or what didn’t answer because I was on the road but no messages left. Very disappointed that not enough action taken, I do have to say that the person that took care of Breakfast did a great job but we would of liked seeing the breakfast that they had Sunday and Monday serve all week. Disappointed guest . Your truly Gilbert Mendoz"

"Pros: great to have separate bedroom. Nice foyer area to leave desert shoes from hiking. There’s a pool but never made it there. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen had enough for our stay. Quiet and out of the hubbub. There are shopping centers nearby so you don’t have to go all the way to the Y to get food. 6 min drive to bell rock which was great. Cons: didn’t realize we’d be getting pressure to attend a time share presentation upon check in. Having driven 2 hours from phoenix, the associate in ‘concierge’ was grilling us about our dinner plans and pressuring us to go to the presentation where we’d get a $200 Mastercard. We were so exhausted and just wanted to get to our room but they kept asking about everything we had planned to do. Shockingly never once asked about hiking or if we had questions about getting to the trails during a holiday weekend. Took a bit to shake it off. WiFi tv crapped out a lot. Place was decent- just be prepared for the check in experience"
