"Beautiful setting close to hiking, restaurants and shopping! The room was comfortable and clean including a balcony with a view. Staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel! This was our 2nd visit and we will be back again! -And, yes, they are dog friendly!"

"Spa can’t go they have no available spot for 4/5 days and book this hotel bcz of spa so just waste money you can’t enjoy what you wanted to so I wasn’t happy 😞"

"Check in staff were very nice. Guy that provided parking was a little rude. And there was not enough parking in designated area. But mostly/ it wasn't a resort. It's more like a condo complex and you are renting a condo. We had to start the dishwasher and clean up when we left- like you do for a Vrbo- not at a resort. Maybe I didn't do enough research but I was disappointed. It was clean and had a washer and dryer. With a single box of detergent. "

"The front desk only had one gal helping who was taking a reservation so it took over 15 mins to check in. The area behind the bathroom door was super messy. The smoothies is false advertisement in the photos because those didn’t exist with the breakfast. I was also charged for parking which was never shown on Expedia as an extra and was $67. Overall very unimpressed and not a single good view."

"The house was in great condition, very clean, tons of space and an amazing view. We had a great time and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The reason I gave 4 stars for the check in process is, we asked if they could accommodate an early check in (an hour or two) as a courtesy and they wanted to charge us. We opted to explore Sedona instead of paying an additional 50 dollars per hour. I have stayed in many rentals and if the property was ready, we’ve always been allowed in for no additional fees. I was not asking to adjust cleaning schedules, I was simply asking if we could get in an hour or two early if the house was ready. "
