"I would like to first say we love this facility, the closeness to all things in Sedona. The staff on the other hand is not about helping at all. From the time we arrived to the time we tried to utilize the facilities we were treated poorly. This is a time share facility and if you are not a member expect to be treated poorly. We actually reached out to the manager who said he would contact us. He didn’t and it says everything about this facility. As we waited for 45 min to access to the game room this employee sat in an event and watched us. Only to tell us us to to leave promptly at close time. Plenty of excuses by the staff, and no response by management who promised to call us in regards to the issue. Wish the stay could have been better and that the owners and management cared more about how people who stayed there were treated."

"Rebecca was so thoughtful and kind. She let us use the pool after we checked out. Breakfast was very good w many choices over the two days we were there. Brian ckd us in and gave my wife many ideas of where to eat and hike."

"Booked 4 weeks prior, 2 units, for friends and us. late arrival (road trip), and they gave us keys for the units and...they were in dif. areas of the complex. Look, it's not a big deal I guess? But would have been nice to stay next to our friends. Her attitude was like "yeah things happen, what can you do, you know?". Well, you can run your hospitality business better, you know? We get both keys, as I am exploring our unit, friend calls..."this isn't the unit we booked, it's smaller, not everyone has a place to sleep, you sure you booked the right rooms?" Double checked the reservation, yep, identical rooms, 1 bedroom, 1 loft. Back to the front desk....She was SO nonchalant about it. My patience meter was at like a 6 out of 10. Be kind, trust the process. Well, they didn't have a unit our reservation size anymore, but they had a 2-bedroom unit with no reservations on it... Instead of handling it on the spot, she said she'd call her manager and see what she could do, and to wait in his unit until he heard from her. She called 15 minutes later, all good, got the 2-bed unit, but no great promise, no great urgency. And she acted like she deserved a medal for fixing THEIR MISTAKE (at a slow speed). Next: EVERY PART OF THE FLOORS IN THESE UNITS SQUEAKS. No romance with young kids will happen on this trip, walking or rolling over sounds like a dying dolphin. The pullout couch is like 90 years old and elevates your feet over your head. The place needs maintenance."

"Property is good. Pools were clean. Staff was friendly. It was great to have a kitchen. Just not walkable to any restaurants or stores. Surprised there is not lobby bar even. But property was great. "

"Nice hotel in a beautiful location. My only issue is with the execution of a pre arranged need that was supposed to be done but never was. My wife and I had 2 early morning excursions on 2 seperate days and we asked prior through email, if it would be possible to get anything to eat before we left for our excursion at 6 and 7am those days. We received a response email from Pierre that it would not be a problem and that they would give us a cold breakfast the evening before each day for us to take with. Well needless to say, we did not receive anything or hear anything from anyone about it. Breakfast is from 8am-9:30am every day, which is way too short of a time frame for guests in my opinion. Also the food selection is very limited, if you don't like the one option they offer each day, they only have one other option to choose from and that is the same every day. So the breakfast definitely needs some improvement as far as maybe extending the time to 7am-10am, since guests are going in and out from early on in the morning for hikes and excursions. Also improving the food selection is needed. The lack of communication was the major issue here and for the prices they charge, it should never be. Sedona is beautiful with amazing landscapes all around, coming back here is a definite, staying at this hotel again? Probably not, too many other nice hotels that you won't have to worry about communication or them following through on what they promise."
