"Rooms worn down, carpet dirty, beds had dips on each side. Parking difficult. Amazing customer service though!"

"Absolutely a magical stay at this beautiful resort. Staff was very friendly and the views were unbelievable. Lounging by the Duck Pond pool with a cocktail and an epic skyline view was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough to try any of the yoga or astrology classes offered. Our room was not cleaned in the over the course of our two night stay. Not sure if their policy is daily turndown service or if it was only by request. Would definitely stay again."

"We were supposed to have housekeeping on one day of our three night stay. They never showed up in spite of assurances from the staff that they would. One other detail is that while close to uptown shops and restaurants, the resort is massive and it takes quite a lot of walking to get out. Getting there from our room required walking down a street with no sidewalk. Would not stay here again."

"No frills motel was exactly what we needed for one night. Clean and recently updated with new heating/cooling system. Owners don’t speak English so they had to have their daughter on speaker phone during check in. "

"Lovely location if you'd like to be away from traffic and noise, you have to drive about 20 minutes to get to downtown Sedona. being in the woods and by the river was the best deal for us. our room had no internet access which was a perfect addition to connect with nature."
