"We were very happy with our stay. We came with our whole family so it was great that there was an in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen with supplies, and extra towels/blankets."

"It the inn was very clean. Quite area. Only thing is could have had a bit more breakfast items. Very limited Would stay again though "

"dated rooms even though they are clean. chair in my room coming apart every time you sat on it. no counter service in location, everything checkin and out is handled at the cliff casino hotel on top of the hill. there is a free shuttle if you care to use it. service to the rooms is upon request, so if your stay is longer than two days you will have to call for it. the room price beat the ones at Camp Verde; but you have a variety of services in town."

"you are here for the view. we had the south rim view and when you enter, you wouldn't care if the bed is too soft or whatever. Airport mesa is right next door but we enjoyed watching the sunset right from the hotel."

"Friendly and welcoming staff, easy check in and out. Room was very clean, property well maintained. The view from the pool is beautiful and it’s heated. Would book again."

"No wash rags in room or room cleaning. Asked for wash rags and room service did not deliver them. Went to the front desk and they would not give them to us there. Finally after 1 hour, got 2 wash rags. For room cleaning, never had the room cleaned in 3 days after requesting the service. No compensation offered for any inconvenience experienced."

"The staff there are very nice. We were there 5 days and only had our room cleaned once. We were told it would be every other day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Cottonwood is a nice place to visit. "
