"This was a simple overnight stay in order to be able to explore Jerome the next day. Check in was simple and smooth. Staff friendly. We ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant right adjacent to the hotel and it was great too! The room we stayed in was spacious and clean and comfortable. I did inform the front desk though that there was a safety hazard at the pool. The silver hand pole that you use to enter the swimming pool came right up out of the concrete and almost put me off balance. Hopefully that will be repaired pronto. Nice quick breakfast included in the morning was also pleasant."

"Breakfast is exceptional and dining area kept very clean. Housekeeping is only every other day and not spelled out at check in. Some receptionists are not very communicative or helpful. Exercise room and pool are great amenities. Very centrally located, convenient to grocery store and supermarket."

"The Lux Verde was exceptional. The location allows easy access to all of Cottonwood and a pleasant view of the area. We stayed 5 nights for a softball tournament and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The AC in the rooms works great and is not too loud. Breakfast was busy, but very nice. But please add bacon! While some of the guests were ill-informed and “Karenish” towards our service dog, the staff themselves were accommodating and well-informed on the law. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Cottonwood."

"This is a really nice property with amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances etc. the place was very roomy. I’ve had apartments smaller than this one bedroom rental. It is a bit older property but it was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"Feels like you stepped back in time, when you get up on the hill. The location is great and the view from your doorstep makes you want to be outside and enjoy the sunshine and breeze. I loved the room layout and how the amazing pool was set it the middle of all the rooms and office. Every morning staff was out there making the property look stunning. We loved our stay here and would certainly recommend it."
