"This place has everything you need. 10/10 I’m staying here any time im in Sedona. The pool area, the adults lagoon is a nice space away from any screaming children in the pool. I washed a load of laundry while here too which was so convenient . We appreciate and enjoy the over sized parking for our truck+RZR All this for the price+location ,amazing !"

"Amazing experience! We arrived the day after a terrible wind storm. The pool was dirty. After I called, there was a pool service there the next morning! The pool area had covers and leaves in the corners so it looked a bit messy. One piece of advice. It is a 5 bedroom (one is a loft with no bathroom and one is an office space with no bathroom) 4 bath property but 3 of the bathrooms are in 3 bedrooms. It was a little awkward with 5 couples. One couple either had to go downstairs to a full bath off the kitchen and share with the office or they had to share with another couple in their bedroom. GREAT property for a few families a little awkward for 5 couples. But, it was well worth it. We made it work!Now, for the good stuff! The property is large, secluded and private. We had an amazing time! VERY well appointed kitchen. INCREDIBLE views with great pool time. We saw lots of deer, coyotes, javalina, rabbits and so many birds! It was so fun to sit all 10 of us around the table for a birthday celebration. Many areas in the home and outside to sit and have great conversation. Coffee for sunrise on the front porch a MUST!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay here, we loved the pool the most since its late July, it helped to cool off. There is a spacious kitchen to cook and to have a great meal. Has a deck with a beautifiul view and spacious outdoor space which has a table for dining outside. The water sounds from Oak Creek are very relaxing and the hot tub was a plus. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and slept like a baby. We had an awesome time playing pool and games too. Property is secluded however not far from stores. Glad we were able to get away and relax at this Casita!"

"House was located on western part of Sedona away from hustle and bustle of the town. Layout of the rooms were a bit quirky as it appears to have been extended at several stages. Though plenty of rooms and beds for my group of thirteen, locations and number of bathrooms posed a bit of coordination and compromises. One bedroom in the middle served as a passage to the kitchen and dining room for the extended part of the house. Above-ground swimming pool provided kids with nice pastime. Hot tub gave adults with relaxing time after daytime outdoor activities. For family groups looking for close reconnection of togetherness, it is an excellent place."
