"Property was clean and well maintained. House located in a very nice neighborhood where the homes are well maintained. House was only a mile away from a 24 hour Walgreens as well as various restaurants. My host Beth immediately answered my request for things to do as well as a recommendation of places to visit and restaurants after I booked the home. Beth also told me to feel free to adjust the thermostat if necessary and let me know where extra blankets, sheets and an additional folding bed where located. Beth also told me to contact her if there was anything additional she could do to make our stay more comfortable or enjoyable. Would definitely book again the next time I visit Cincinnati."

"Great breakfast probably one of the best continental breakfasts we have had, nice selections on TV to watch, pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Things were a bit run down in our room and it could have been cleaner but it looks like they are trying to make improvements and do things to make it nicer. Staff was very friendly. We would stay again when passing through."

"We had made our reservations a month or so in advance, but we arrived late at night and were given the key to our room but there was a man in the bed when we opened the door. We apologized and lugged our luggage back down to the main desk. We were told there were no more rooms with two queen beds so we asked if we could have two rooms instead. When we went to open the second room, it was the same room with a man in bed. So we had to lug our suitcases back down to the main desk again. We were finally given the keys to two unoccupied rooms. We just hoped the desk clerk wouldn’t now give some stranger the key to our rooms!! Very uosetting!"
