"The property looks nothing like the pictures on the website. There are no instructions about checkout or anything else in the rooms. They advertise available WiFi, however the WiFi does not have internet connection and is unsecured. There was no remote control for the TV and when they delivered the remote control I could only get about 3 channels that didn't react like satelite TV during a storm."

"It was amazing staying here and the next time I’m in the area. I will definitely sit here and go back again. Amazing views wonderful pool and all everything was just amazing."

"Will never stay there again…the application said pay at the hotel…when I woke up the day of the trip, the full amount was taken out of my account…when I checked in, I had to pay the full amount again…when I asked about the amount that was taken that morning the desk attendant said that was a authorization…it showed as a point of sale debit on my account…I paid $368 for 1 night…that was Saturday 4/25…it is Thursday 4/30 and then charge is still on my account…I will be taking this up with my bank…don’t stay there…I go to Clarksville 1 to two times a month and normally I stay at Hampton Inn in South Hill…never any problems…since I have family in Clarksville and a business down there I will continue to stay in South Hill and drive the 25 minutes "

"The breakfast menu was very limited. Sausage gravy was cold. Waffles were good. Nice view of the lake, but the rooms and property overall is very dated. Staff was pleasant."

"This by far was one of the coolest places my family and I have stayed. Clean and comfy. Great property. Beautiful scenery. Made for a great few day get away. A must visit again kind of place. "

"Entire hotel smelled of weed. Only half the lamps had bulbs. The tv didnt work. The fridge only half worked. Sorry excuse of a hotel even for one night."

"The house was very spacious. The rooms were nice and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only bad thing I can say is that the property is located in a cove and where the dock is, the water is very shallow(a downhill walk). Not good if you're trying to do any fishing! The views were amazing throughout the day"
