"Very clean and welcoming home for our family of 4. Comfortable and relaxing inside and out. We had some unexpect issues with internet service and our host/contact addressed all issues immediately and communicated every step of the way. It's on our list if/when we stay in this area in the future. A definite return!"

"House was spacious enough for our 3 families to stay and had enough rooms/ beds for proper sleeping arrangements. Kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as I’ve seen in other rentals. No large pots to boil pasta, only one large skillet and griddle. Plenty of plates, bowls and cups and eating utensils. Grill and griddle like a blackstone on patio. Few griddle tools. And griddle was pretty dirty and needed cleaned and reseasoned which we did. One propane tank was full. Yard area spacious with hammock. House was clean but needs a few touch ups to replace some broken items like floor vent covers. Smoke detector disconnected on main floor and upstairs only had one. No plug in upstairs master en-suite bathroom which we found strange. Lots of closets but few hangers. Overall this property worked for our group with some adjustments. Host was good to work with and responsive."

"This home had everything onebwould need for a stay. I really appreciate the attebtuin to detail. My family enjoyed the teas and coffee because it was a bit more chilly outside in the evenings than we expected. Everything was clean and immaculate. The area is beautiful and quiet. Would definitely stay again. "

"Loved this place. It was clean, well decorated, beds were comfortable. Had some issues with the t.v. initially but Linda was a wonderful communicator and fixed it right away. We didn't spend much time at the property but the time we were there we enjoyed. "

"Perfect for our large group. Lots of sleeping options and plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The two tv/living spaces were nice since we had a mix of parents and teens staying on site. The neighborhood was a little rundown for what we were expecting from the High Point area, but overall good value for our needs. "

"The listing indicated the pool was heated however, on arrival, I learned that it is not heated during the winter months. The pool had an automatic cleaning system that was not working during our stay. Towards the last of our stay, the temps were in the 80s and we had contacted the owner, letting him know we would like to use the pool. He did respond stating he would reach out to the person who managed the pool however there was no follow up regarding that. We were unable to use the pool while we were there booking at this residence. The pool was the perk and the reason that we booked at this particular Vrbo."
