"It was a perfect home for our children and grandchildren to gather- each family had their own room and bathroom, the bunk room was a bonus for the kids.We have a grandson who has cerebral palsy the elevator and large spaces helped him to be more independent. The weather that week was extremely hot and humid which made the pool and ocean a hit! There was a special feel to the home, we loved it and will cherish the memories made. Interesting thing, 8 years ago we gathered as a family in a large home on the beach in Oregon, its name was also Sand Castle- the name must be good luck for our family! Thank you Larry and Rose for sharing your home"

"The property is beautiful and exactly how it is listed. One thing I would recommend is at least trimming the weeds to make it more presentable. There are vines with thorns that could harm the renters and trimming them is easy. Overall it’s the prettiest cutest property and we will probably go back again next year!"
