"Everything as advertised except it really isn’t within walking distance unless you are an athlete. It cost 20.00 a day to part within walking distance to the beach. I wish I had known this before booking. In gratitude, the host did have 2 bikes to ride to the beach saving us some money. Except for this the place was clean and very comfortable."

"This house v was one of my favorite houses we ever rented. The owner was quick to communicate if we needed anything. We had all ages from 67 to not quite a yr. The pool was amazing. I would highly recommend"

"The location was perfect - everything we needed was basically within a 3-minute drive. The house was very clean, and the listing was exactly as described. The beach wagon was a game changer for the short walk to the beach access. Perfect space for a quick visit to OKI!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults. With six bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout made it easy to spend time together while still having personal space.The oceanfront location was amazing! Being able to walk right out to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views each day was one of the highlights of our trip. We found lots of beautiful seashells, visited the nearby Oak Island Lighthouse, and even had the unforgettable experience of watching baby sea turtles be released into the ocean. It was such a special memory for our family.We also loved that Southport was only about a 15-minute drive away. It made for a fun evening exploring the town, shopping and enjoying a great dinner.The kitchen was well-equipped, the home was clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a spacious oceanfront home that’s perfect for a family getaway, this is an excellent choice. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!!!"

"It was a great location to the beach! It was clean and quiet. I think they need to have extra blankets, towels, pillows. A checkout list would be nice to have on the refrigerator. I would also add a pen and notepad to write down your experience and to read the other experiences other guest have had. I would recommend it to another couple as the space is small."

"Great location! The management company is very responsive to any issue. The kitchen had low quality cookware and utensils. Many items were broken or missing. The beds were basic. The house was not cleaned well prior to our arrival."
