4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2019 newly constructed reverse floor plan with two Master Bedrooms and two additional bedroom that share a Jack and Jill bath. There is a powder room off of the entertaining area. Enjoy ocean views from the front covered porch and more quiet views of the creek and wooded area from the back screened porch. Cooking is a breeze in your fully stocked kitchen with granite counter-tops. There is covered parking under the home and an outdoor shower.

Stay on the island and enjoy all that Oak Island offers such as tennis and basketball courts, skate board park, many great restaurants, including being approximately one block from the new Publix, and shops with a large variety of merchandise. Oak Island Golf Course is available for the enjoyment of serious golfers. It has 18 beautiful holes with holes #9 and #18 having the ocean as backdrops. There is also a miniature golf course on Oak Island for the not so serious golfer.

The Fort Fisher and Bald Head Island ferries offer you the opportunity to visit and explore other NC beaches. Make Comin in Hot your vacation destination!

Great Property and Location

The house and location were excellent. The kitchen and the house had more essentials than we are used to with rentals. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet summer stay

The home was beautiful and was exactly enough space that we needed. Located just a short walk to the beach. The new pool was nice to have after being at the beach, however was pretty small for all of our group. The overall cleanliness was ok, not great but is usually expected when staying in a rental. Overall we enjoyed the home had a great time with our family!

Great beach week

We really enjoyed this house for our week at the beach. The set up of bedrooms was perfect for my family, the house is comfortable, really nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location, although not ocean front, allowed for very easy beach access which is always a plus. A couple of things to know: Apparently my brain did not register when I read the description and amenities in this house, but there is no grill. This was a disappointment, and kind of a big deal for us, because that meant no burgers, steak, or grilled fresh fish. The other thing to know is that the mattresses are all memory foam and very firm. If you like a very firm mattress you are good to go. If you like a plush, cozy, mattress then you may struggle here. Again, this is a great house with everything you will need (less a grill), in a very good location. You cannot go wrong with this house.
