Great location, short walk to Liverpool station & other tube lines. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful with check in & recommendations for our short stay in London. Very nice lobby with a good vibe & cozy atmosphere. Overall modern & nice hotel & rooms. Very short walk to Tower of London as well. Property and staff were excellent. Room was small but typical for a large city. My only suggestion would be a little change up on the breakfast. We were there 5 days and while the variety was good it was the exact same things everyday.
