Our stay was pleasant, The room was clean and the air conditioning was very good and responsive. We were a little disappointed with the basement room location and the tiny size of the room itself, but overall I would stay again.

The room and bathroom seemed small compared to the hotels here in the US, otherwise, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was close to Paddington Station, which was great!

Small clean room, excellent water pressure in shower, perfect location a 5-7 minute walk to paddington train station and tube. Several restaurants in area, about 10 minute walk to little Venice and Italian sunken gardens of Hyde park. While fridge in my room did not work, the one in my sister’s room did. The air conditioner was good and needed as it was quite hot during our mid June stay, Staff were all very nice. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend for location and price point. Would stay here again.
