Beachy décor throughout, open living, dining and kitchen with a seating loft offering extended space for family gatherings. Large covered front porch on both first and second levels with ocean views and a large back sundeck and spacious back yard. HVAC, fully equipped kitchen with D/W, and refrigerator with ice maker, Microwave, cable TV's, ceiling fans, spacious bedrooms, laundry with W/D, enclosed outside shower. No Smoking, No Pets.
