This home's unique design and location was done with close attention to details in mind. Situated between the ocean and the sound, you are able to enjoy fantastic ocean sunrises and sunsets in the front and marsh views and wildlife in the back. With four covered porches, you can pick any spot to sit back, relax and get a great view. The reverse floor plan also gives you the added bonus of experiencing those magnificent views from inside the main living level. The open concept allows everyone to be together and in on the conversation, reminiscing about the good old days. Adults and kids alike can enjoy the large pool area with a rare extra seating/picnic area. Imagine relaxing by the pool with your favorite drink and music playing while the kids wear themselves out in the pool and your stress fades into the breezes rolling off the ocean. Don't forget to bring your boat, jet ski, kayak or paddle board and launch it at the access just down the street at SW 39th and Pelican Drive. Or, you can go to Bluewater Point Boat Ramp on 57th Street, and have some of the best local seafood at Lonerider Brewery there. Be sure to bring your fishing pole and stop by SW 30th Street's public pier to catch some dinner. All this and more is waiting for you at A Toast at the Coast!

We really enjoyed the house!

The house was great! Beautiful views, great decor both inside and out! Great seating areas all around! Was also nice to have an extra big refrigerator in the downstairs area! Just a few things.....ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be nice. We could only get one Firestick in the house to work, so watching TV was not ideal. We did have workers come to work on a leak on the roof our first morning and I do think that we should have been given a ‘heads up’ that they were going to be coming. There was also a ton of cigarette buds all over the outside areas that we not from us....we do not have any smokers in our family. We did try and clean out the pool just for decency, however the skimmer was broken. Overall, we had a great time and thought the house was beautiful!

Amazing location. Fabulous backyard!

Location and property excellent! Beds comfortable. Only a short walk to the beach; however, the backyard pool is so inviting it’s kinda tempting to stay there and never go to the beach! But, please go for the sunset! It’s amazing!

Perfect family vacay

Thank you for letting us rent your gorgeous home. All of the porches were amazing . There was always some shade to be found. The pool was amazing and our 4 yo grandson had a blast. We loved the pool ledge. For those with child they will appreciate all of the black out curtains. This is a very comfortable home and the owner has thought of everything. You will be pleasantly surprised too with the very short walk to the beach. Thank you again it was wonderful.
