Come enjoy the Sea Salt Breeze, relax, and soak up the sun at Oak Island! Only a short 9-minute walk to the beach. This home features a king bed in Master suite, a queen bed in Bedroom 2 and full-size bunk beds and a twin in Bedroom 3. Sleeps 9 guests. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery store, golf, renovated Middleton Park with Playground, splash park, basketball and pickle ball courts. The perfect home for your beach getaway!

Plenty of living space indoors and out. This brand-new home features a stocked kitchen which seats 8. TVs in living room, Master bedroom and Bedroom 2. Outdoor charcoal grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon to help transport to and from the beach. A picnic table and swing in the shade. Fenced in backyard. Patios on front and back of house. Come relax and soak up the sun!!!

Guest will have full access to the house.

Access beach one block over to 20th street. Very easy walk.

Wonderful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, space for parking, room for family. The walkway to the beach was gorgeous and convenient.

Oak Island spring break

We stayed at this property spring break 2025. House was very clean and well maintained. Access to beach chairs/toys was an added bonus. Check in/out was easy and the host was excellent. We would definetly consider renting again.

Beautiful Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Seasalt Breeze. The house was beautiful, spacious and well appointed, not to mention spotless! We enjoyed all OKI had to offer. We rode the bikes provided and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! The house is a quick walk to a beautiful nature trail that leads straight to the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend! The only drawback was having to leave! Next time we will stay longer!

Unforgettable Stay: You Won't Want to Leave!

Immaculate and exactly as described! The rental was pristine, with new amenities and soft towels galore. The rental is well stocked. Its proximity to the crosswalk and a short, scenic walk to the beach was a definite plus. Joe was incredibly helpful and readily available throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. His attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Would absolutely stay here again!
