There was a power outage the day we checked in which made it a bit challenging to get into the home. "I am not accustomed to writing bad reviews but this rental needs a lot of deep cleaning and maintenance. Pots and pans should be thrown out. The floor under the kitchen sink is rotten. The screen porch is filthy and the screen is ripped. There is no landscaping. Yard is covered with live oak leaves. The outside grill is unusable. The windows were so dirty we thought it was foggy out. Couldn’t open windows to listen to the ocean at night. Blinds are yellow with age and dirty. Cobwebs throughout...
