"We had a great one-night stay at The Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica. The hotel was very clean, and our room felt modern and upscale. I especially loved the comfy robes—they were a nice touch! The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area.
The only downside was the vallet parking, which was quite expensive. There was also an amenities/resort fee that we had to pay even though we only stayed one night and didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities. I understand that many hotels charge these fees now, but I wish they were optional for guests who don’t use them.
We also received a $45 credit, but it wasn’t clearly explained that the café wasn’t included. When I brought it up to the staff, they were very understanding and refunded the charge, which I really appreciated. Their customer service made the situation right.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the clean, beautiful rooms, great location, and responsive staff."
