"The shower had hair on the wall, small hair on the floor, and there was no do not disturb signs available in the room. The staff was very friendly and their snack shop was well stocked. I’m disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I would’ve complained but I didn’t notice until after my daughter had already showered. Parking was convenient and the location was walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants."

"No pool, and they send you across the street where there’s no sun at the pool, it’s freezing, no hot tub and extremely small. The place was clean other than my shower covered in hair which was icky. The staff was great tho very nice. "

"Check-in process was clearly explained and worked smoothly. House was clean and neat as depicted on the vrbo site. Kitchen was equipped with ample dishes, cups and glasses as well as pots and pans. Could have used more silverware, serving dishes/bowls and kitchen tools (e.g., spatula, turner, paring knife, soup ladle, measuring spoons/cups, tongs). The host responded quickly when contacted. We had an issue with a blown fuse that affected the refrigerator and help was sent as soon as possible after reaching the host. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, washcloths and bath towels. Instructions for the TV and light/fan remotes would have been helpful as it took us awhile to figure them out. The home was in a quiet neighborhood but within 5 minutes of major highways and close enough to downtown Riverside to easily reach restaurants and shopping. Overall, a great house for our 3-week stay in the LA area."
