We liked that the front desk staff was on duty, and didn't have to wait forever for someone to come out. (this happened at another hotel in town) Orisis was very helpful in printing our airline tickets. When we checked in the gentleman was very informative as to the amenities. The morning breakfasts were a nice variety and again the staff very friendly and ready to assist. The only thing we wish was better was daily room service to at least empty trash and check the room.

Room was clean. Got a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It had a mostly full sized refrigerator. We were very pleased! The shower head was a little hard to adjust but otherwise it was great. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was good. Everything was very clean.

Amazing overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Will definitely book again. The Derby Room & Dona Luisa's were great for dinner & drinks and didn't have to worry about Ubering.

The room was nice and cold but the shower did leak a lot. And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city

I love the upgrades since I stayed last! I do wish the ac/heating units were newer- they look worn and require so much fidgeting to get a good temperature. Housekeeping does a really great job! Beds made perfectly, towels folded so pretty! Always a quiet hotel, great nights sleep on nice mattresses!
