Great staff, very nice and helpful. Pleasure to interact with them. Good location in mid-town. Large breakfast spread, busy but efficient. Only negative was beds a little hard, woke up with sore neck.

We love the Sound View. As a school social worker, I sometimes REALLY need to reset. There is no better place to do it than here with the most amazing views! We have been coming 3x a year with our pup. Great staff and restaurant! The hotel really tries to accommodate requests, such as a certain room number our dog has gotten used to lol. 10/10 recommend!

My mother’s room had throw up on the chair and bathroom smelled like sewage. My room had stains all over the sofa. Just didn’t feel overall clean. Resort fee is $55 a night and felt high for no real amenities.
