"This property and clearly been renovated recently, and was superbly clean and well stocked! The homes location within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the beach made for rather fun days and evenings usually highlighted by amazing sunsets. If in the area, we would certainly come back!"

"My family and I had a great time for our 3 night stay! Our VRBO was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, ( by everyone’s standards) plush towels, and a wonderful porch to sit back and enjoy the scenic water view! A great location too, explore Jamestown/ Newport and Providence. Train noise was not a problem! The Host was extremely responsive, although we hardly contacted since everything was in order. I would highly recommend this property."

"We absolutely LOVED the Loft! The place is absolutely adorable, so well decorated, so comfortable, so cute! The beds were fantastic, comfy mattresses, great pillows and soft sheets. Gerald's communication was excellent, he gave us great local recommendations and explained everything about the house. We couldn't have been happier with the adorable neighborhood and the beautiful home. 10 out of 10 for sure, and we hope to come back again next year."

"We (2 adults - mother & daughter) had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodations for our three-night visit to the area. Quiet and private setting on a cul-de-sac; dedicated parking; within close (driving) distance to convenience stores, groceries, restaurants and shops. East Greenwich is a lovely town and proved a perfect homebase as we explored coastal RI and MA. We'd love to return to spend more time. Thank you to our hosts!"
