"We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. I was very appreciative since we didn’t want our clothes to smell as we went out. The rooms are great! ..."

"Amazing Hotel really close to the embarcadero. This hotel is located in the financial district between the places to visit. Staff was great like always and there's lots of parking nearby. Room was clean and air conditioning was amazing."
