"Room wasn't clean or well maintained. No ice box. Ice machine on the floor we stayed on and an elevator was out of order. Didn't have any extra toilet paper and bath tub was dirty. Even though there was a holder in the bathroom, they're was no soap, hair conditioner or shampoo. "

I stay here every time I go to a concert at the UC theater and it’s always great, I will continue staying here every time. Plenty of parking options around hotel, if you don’t want to use valet."

"I came to check in, a dude at the reception was talking to his friend on the phone in the office, waited for him for 20 minutes, he started to register me and it turned out that I needed a deposit of $50 and payment only from a physical card, I had access only to Apple Pay, they don't accept it like that, while I was figuring out how to pay the deposit at the reception a lady came and started smoking right there 😂 in general, a very suspicious place and area"
