Bright fully stocked kitchen & living area with dual heat/cooling system, desk and tiled flooring. Bedroom with organic queen bed. Full bathroom with walk in ADA shower. Full private laundry room with washer/dryer, private separate entrance and plenty of closet space. Dedicated work desk, comfortable loveseat, well stocked kitchen and induction stove. Safe neighborhood, free street parking, walkable, near BART, bus, restaurants, markets, and shopping. This is perfect for mature adults visiting the Bay Area for a month or more for work or family visits. Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no vaping, no parties or overnight visitors.
