During daylight hours it's safe to walk around the entire lake, along with all the families, musicians, runners, and people walking their dogs (and once I saw a duck on a leash being taken for a swim). The gondola is often out at sunset.

Everything was excellent . Quick response on a minor issue was very reassuring. The unit was spacious with added touches . Great views over looking the lake . Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a week while visiting family in Oakland. This is probably the most comfortable and functional rental I've ever stayed in. Often rentals have areas that feel they are more for pics then function, but the bed, living area, kitchen and dining space were all thoughtfully put together and comfortable to be in. The views of Lake Merritt are SPECTACULAR. The parking space was convenient to have. Marjan was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive if we needed anything. A great stay!

Marjan is a wonderful host, so responsive, caring, and supportive. The unit is very beautiful with beautiful views of Lake Merritt.
