Very good customer service when check in. We like this hotel, is also PET FRIENDLY! We love that. However the sheets had mascara and blood stains we ended up not using any and turn on the heater to keep the room warm instead, and the restroom wasnt't that clean either. Other than that we really like this hotel.

this general area is not great, but average hotel, dated rooms, lacks elevator (charges more for lower floor), experienced random noise from other rooms, weed odor late night so they need to be much more strict on non-smoking policy. hotel advertises breakfast on website but they offer none. they need to make it clear the hotel lacks an elevator and not charge extra to be on ground floor.

You could do a lot worse. Good for the price.
Neighborhood not so good but expected for the price. Was worried about car break-in but all was good. Stayed with my kid on the top floor and we felt safe enough. Stayed 2 nights, 1st night woken up by very loud guests. Traffic noise is not too bad. Room was clean. We got one with a fridge and microwave. Close to lots of stores, restaurants, parks etc. Not bad for the price.

It has become my home away from home, it's one of my favorite spots to stay, the price is very reasonable, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the onlything is that the vending machine don't work

A front desk clerk named Patricia tried to claim that my small puppy was too loud walking in the halls but allowed other dogs ro bark well into the night. She also left her post for about a half hour at midnight to go get snacks from a convenience store.

Room not clean, trash everywhere and bed not made. Says no smoking but all you smell is smoke. The appliances in the room buzz loudly all night, the bedding looks unclean. Will never stay at a vegabond motel again.

I am thankful that i was able to check in early. I am a bit disappointed that each time i went to the desk to ask for something, no one was there. Overall, the stay was good.
