"I’ve Stayed at the property many times, nice hotel. Truck was broken into overnight. I was informed this is a regular thing by the authorities. The staff did report it to authorities fast and they were able to stop what would have been GTA. Still a ton of damage and loss of items. I feel like there are multiple fixes to this problem."

"We let the host know the place was not entirely clean upon arrival (toilet backs and the floors in particular). They let us know what we experienced was not their standard, so we hope the place has been/will be cleaner for others. The basement accommodations are less finished than the photos portray, but space wise the house was a great fit for a larger party traveling together."

"It is very close to UD and everything was less than 15 minutes away. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process, but we reached out to the host and she responded very quickly. The decor is nice and the unit was very clean."

"This was a 5 star for us (a group of moms and their kids). We felt very safe, the house was stocked and Pattie was great with communication. She even left little notes and things specific to our stay in town. Would definitely rent her home again! "

"Black mold in bathroom shower ceiling. Not enough kitchen utensils and items to cook with. Had to go buy my own including a colander, can opener, cookie sheet, and hot pads. Queen bed is okay to sleep on. King bed frame falling apart at foot of bed. Overall poor lighting in house. "

"Nice rooms good beds, comfortable towels. Close to UD Arena. Perfect for our stay to WGI. Basement could use a makeover, but only washer / dryer there. 4 rooms upstairs, bunkbeds on the attic. 1 bathroom downstairs, 1 on first floor. Area felt safe."
